Toss RANCH blend with with potatoes before roasting or sprinkle it over chicken before grilling for an easy weeknight meal. DRESSING: Whisk 1 tablespoon of RANCH blend with 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt of your choice, a dash of EVOO and some lemon juice. Add more spice to taste.
