I love this in my latte each day. It’s perfectly balanced. Sweet without being overpowering .
The subtle cocoa mixed with the organic cane sugar gives such a soft, delicious flavor. Tried it in my coffee. I bought all four sugars and used the cinnamon sugar on a sweet potato - amazing!
So glad you love it, Victoria! As a reminder, the cocoa you can see in the jar isn’t really what’s imparting the flavor, it’s there for visual effect and some extra pop. The cocoa has been infused *into* the sugar itself! That’s why the color of the MOCHA sugar isn’t brown, despite the cocoa and coffee flavors in the sugar, we simply didn’t add cocoa powder to the mixture after the infusion, but you’ll taste it!
